Twins by the Bay (TBB) is a member club of the national Multiples of America (MoA) organization. This MoA event is a benefit of TBB membership.

Kim Simonich, expert educator and mother of twins, will lead the seminar. Kim has a BA in Early Childhood Education and a MS in Reading. She taught kindergarten for 13 years, provided general reading support for Kindergarten through fourth grade for nine years, and worked as a specialized reading support teacher for dyslexic students in grades 5-8 for 13 years. Work she continues to this day, as well as serving as a private reading tutor for 12 years. Kim is also a certified Orton-Gillingham practitioner and has a graduate certificate in Dyslexia and Language-Based Learning.

- How play can foster learning
- When reading readiness starts
- Why early math readiness is more than numbers
- Ways you can encourage language development as part of your daily routine
